GOD'S PLAN: The 1ST disciples (Jews) were trained in Old Testament, THEN trained by Jesus & Holy Spirit, THEN they taught others.

Great Commission
Jesus sent His disciples to PREACH, TEACH, MAKE DISCIPLES (followers and learners) of all nations. This is not a job for the intellectually lazy, or culturally provincial, or clannish, or prejudiced against color, race, national heritage, language.
Matthew 28:18-20
18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Paul's Charge
2 Timothy 2:1-2
1 Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.
2 And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.

28 Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:
