To the very few, but loving friends that have financially helped me & Martha in ministry.
You made it much easier.
Money has never been a focal point of my ministry, and I never asked for personal support. But there have been a very small number who believed have been led by God to help us through the years.
THERE ARE NO WORDS TO EXPRESS OUR APPRECIATION.
I don't remember ever making this kind of a public post before. I try not to draw attention to my own needs or ministry needs. But I did want to recognize the thoughtful, sacrificial and faithful support of those few people.
I won't mention their names. That is not what they want. I also realize that God does not lead everyone in the same direction. But these few folks not only sensed God's leading, they followed it.
Again, I cannot tell you how much we appreciate your care and generosity. Whenever we have received your kind gifts, we have been moved. Even now I tear up because it has not always been easy, and your gifts made a huge difference in our lives.
I will probably re-post this a couple of times, because I want those folks to know how important they have been to us.

Neither sin nor Satan is as great as God.
Most of what was lost in Adam (and more) is redemptively restored in Christ. Ro. 5:12-21
Redemption is Greater
Greater is salvation than sin.
Greater is God than Satan.
Greater is my gain than Adam's loss.
This includes my ability to obey God, choose God, follow God.
Though our whole being is impaired by the sin of Adam and our impairment is intensified by our own rebellion, God offers deliverance that is greater than our sin, loss, impairment, inability. God not only provides salvation, He enables us to receive salvation by faith, thereby maintaining the integrity of free will and Divine justice.
We are told that grace abounded much more than sin. Sin corrupted all men and robbed us of Divine endowments, but salvation through grace restores most of what Adam lost and gives us even and greater blessings and inheritance. Judgement came to all because of the sin of one man but salvation (by grace, through faith) covers all of the sins of all believers. Grace is greater than sin.

A friend posted this article. I don't know if the conversations actually took place, but the facts of American greatness are accurate. America has not called in the chits owed to us by the rest of the world, but the rest of the world would be a slime pit if it had not been for the USA. I am grateful for our British heritage and for the unity we have enjoyed with other freedom loving countries in the world, including the UK. But that does not change history. As I said, the facts concerning American selflessness in war, to rescue our friends and sometimes even our enemies, are accurate. I don't ever hang my head when ungrateful foreigners mock the USA and I don't understand the insanity of American's who have swallowed the "hate America and deny America's exceptionalism" movement among the Liberals today.
God set America as a last outpost of hope in a world gone mad. America has followed in the footsteps of the Statist, Humanist, Socialist and godless nations of the world. But because of our heritage, no other country in the world EVER did for the rest of the world what the USA has done. I hang my head because America has turned away from God and followed the nations of the world in rejecting the Holy Bible, but I am not ashamed of where we came from and all the good we have done, as the greatest nation in the history of the world.

America has not called in the chits owed to us by the rest of the world, but the rest of the world would be a slime pit if it had not been for the USA. I am grateful for our British heritage and for the unity we have enjoyed with other freedom loving countries in the world, including the UK. But that does not change history. As I said, the facts concerning American selflessness in war, to rescue our friends and sometimes even our enemies, are accurate. I don't ever hang my head when ungrateful foreigners mock the USA and I don't understand the insanity of American's who have swallowed the "hate America and deny America's exceptionalism" movement among the Liberals today.
God set America as a last outpost of hope in a world gone mad. America has followed in the footsteps of the Statist, Humanist, Socialist and godless nations of the world. HE is Jesus, HE is God
HE: Created; Came; Lived; Died; Arose; Ascended.
HE WILL: Return; Rule; Judge; Reign Forever
EXPLANATION...
This is a short and limited overview of Christ. I chose these points because they carry great Biblical, theological and redemptive weight.
HE is Jesus. The Jesus of the Holy Bible.
HE is God. He is God the Son and The Son of God. There is only One God, and He is Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
HE Created. Jesus (as God) existed before all things and He created all things.
HE Came. Jesus (as Man) was prophesied throughout the Old Testament and announced in the New Testament by God, through angels, the Star. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin, worshiped by shepherds, family, Temple workers, Magi.
HE Lived. Jesus fulfilled O.T. promises and prophecies. He sought the lost, healed the afflicted, taught the masses, touched the few, raised the dead, fulfilled the Law, lived a holy life.
HE Died. Jesus was the obedient and sacrificial Lamb of God, Who willingly gave His life as a sacrifice for all men. He died on the cross, for our sins, to take away the sins of the world.
HE Arose. Jesus, as God (in union with the Father and Holy Spirit), raised Himself physically from the dead. Jesus mingled with His disciples, in His resurrected body, teaching and eating with them.
HE Ascended. Jesus ascended physically to heaven, in the sight of His disciples. He returned to the Father, Who sent Him, and He sits at the right hand of the Father, making intercession of His people.
HE Will Return and Rule. Jesus is coming back to earth, as He said. Jesus told us He would come to take us to be with Him and He said He would bring us back with Him, to rule over His kingdom. His return includes the Rapture (catching away) of His people and His Return to earth to set up and rule over His earthly kingdom for one thousand years.
HE Will Judge the lost. At the end of the 1000 years of His earthly rule, there will still be a human resistance and rebellion, which Jesus will finally end. The earth will be destroyed by fire and Jesus will set up a courtroom in heaven. God has kept a record of all our sins. Those who have received Christ have had their sins forgiven and removed. Those who have rejected Christ will be judged by Christ for all of their thoughts, words, deeds. After this final judgment (The Great White Throne Judgment), all sinners will be cast into the Lake of Fire (with Satan), forever and ever.
HE Will Reign forever. Jesus will reign over His New Heaven, New Earth and New Jerusalem. There will be no end to His kingdom. There will be no more sickness or sin or death for His people.

I said, "NOOO."
She started to move forward with her presentation, but I asked her a question.
Who is Jehovah God?
She started out saying that He is Creator.
I agreed and asked her if she believes that Jesus is the Creator.
She said, "No, Jehovah God is Creator."
I agreed, but pointed out that the Bible says Jesus is creator.
She said only God is creator.
I agreed that only God is Creator, but then I quoted John 1:1-3, which says that Jesus was with God & was God and Jesus created everything, & without Him nothing was created or made.
She said Jesus is not God, but the Son of God.
I agreed that Jesus is the Son of God, but the Bible also says that Jesus is God & He created everything.
She started to give me a Greek lesson in the absence of the definite article, "THE," supposedly negating that Jesus is THE GOD.
I asked her if she spoke Greek (not even a valid question, hehehe).
She said, "No," but she has done some research.
I pointed out that the absence of the definite article does not require the indefinite article, "A," because there are times in Greek that "THE" is understood, as in this passage.
But I moved us back to the point that the passage says Jesus created everything, therefore He is God.
She waffled, but I asked if the passage says Jesus created everything.
She said yes, but there are other passages. And only God is Jehovah.
I agreed, but the question is, does this passage say Jesus created everything? I also pointed out that the same teachings concerning Jehovah God in the Old Testament are used in reference to Jesus in the New Testament. Then I returned to our discussion.

I reminded her to remember that the Bible says Jesus is God, Jesus is Creator, Jesus said He would raise Himself from the dead, Jesus raised His same earthly body that He died with.
I asked her if she would come back and tell me if I was right.
