Our Galaxy:
Diameter 120,000 light years;
Depth 1,000 light years;
Number of Stars 1 trillion.
Universe:
100 billion galaxies.
OUR GOD IS SO BIG
Based on IAU studies. I have not measured it myself, and the Scriptures don't give the dimensions of the universe, but it does indicate it is bigger than our comprehension. I have no problem with these figures.
In fact, this information is really just a puny demonstration concerning the immensity, power, eternality, transcendency of God, The God, The God of the Bible, The God Who became Man that He might take away our sins.
