A true church proclaims, practices, prescribes Biblical standards.
A true church manifest Divine nature and revelation to society.

WHAT THIS INCLUDES
True Church: A local body of believers, followers of Jesus Christ who worship, study, serve, work together, to evangelize the lose and disciple the believer.

Proclaims: Verbally communicates the message of Christ through preaching, teaching, personal witnessing, testimony.

Practices: Follows the New Testament directives, principles and example of churchmanship (concerning ministry, fellowship, mutual support, worship).

Prescribes: The God appointed leadership sets the standards of Christian living, based on New Testament revelation, enables believers to follow God's standards and leading, and holds the individual members (parts) of the local body accountable for Biblical conformity.

Divine Nature: The presence and image of God is imparted to believers and the nature of God is replicated in the interaction between believers.

Revelation To Society: The outward life of the individual believers and the corporate life of the local church is observed and recognized by the unsaved society around them.

What God is, should be seen in the way Christians and Christian churches behave and interact in a sinful world.
