CATCHING A CHANNEL BASS AT GALLANT CHANNEL
I decided to run down to the Beaufort bridge and go fishing for a little while. I took a cast net and Quinten took his rod and reel. Quinten wanted me to hook and line for a while, and I caught a nice little Puppy Drum. He was really thick, but only 16 1/2 inches long (Reds need to be 18 inches long), so we released him. These are really pretty fish.
