05/17/19 LOCAL CHURCH RESPONSIBILITY

Local churches MUST provide the depth of ministry training that will thoroughly equip future warriors of the Word.

As we discussed the rampant, rapid, rabid rise of societal opposition to God, the Bible, Christ and His Church, salvation, Christian education, ministry training, an 11 year old grandson was disappointed to hear that my alma mater (JWC) no longer existed, since he was hoping to go there for ministry training in the future.

I assured him that he would get thorough ministry training in our church, regardless the political oppression and coming persecution of the Church. Every church should be equipped and active in the training of the young people in preparation for full time ministry.

Yes, they will have an ongoing personal learning experience and they will be able to get specialized training as they get older. But each child, young person, young adult that comes up through a strong local church should be adequately trained to do the work of ministry.
