Can you tell me of any organization that has been a bigger, more effective promoter and enforcer of Humanism than Public Education?

I did consider religious groups. But the Methodists and other Liberal denominations actually fell in line with Public Education. Therefore you need to put the formerly Bible oriented denominations, which became Liberal, as trophies of P.E.
