Cleansing by the Blood and Spirit is DEEP cleansing, burning out the root and removing the stain.

HIS BLOOD CLEANSES FROM ALL SIN

1 John 1:7
7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and *the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

1 John 1:9
9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to *cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Psalms 51:1-2
1 ... Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions.
2 * Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.

Psalms 51:6-10
