01/24/19 FOLLOW THROUGH IS ESSENTIAL

If Abraham had failed his test, he may have continued as a respected neighbor, but we would not know who he was.

I know people who were Christians, and then they came to a defining moment in their lives, only to fail. They continued on, impressing people with their "apparent" exceptional traits of morality or spirituality, but something changed within them.

They became enemies of that which marked their failure (such as hating, "Right to Life" because they chose to end the life of their own baby). Don't miss my point, this post is not about abortion, but rather, ANY POINT OF DISOBEDIENCE in a believer's life. They became accusers of those who "faithed" their way through their own Divine testing. They overcompensated verbally by VIRTUE SIGNALING and criticizing those who took the road of trusting and obeying God, instead of the easy way of self serving.
