03/27/19 NOT EQUAL

RESTATEMENT: Nowhere does the N.T. command, encourage or allow national allegiance EQUAL TO Biblical obedience. Actually, it forbids it.

I had made a post earlier which said,
"Nowhere does the N.T. command, encourage or allow national allegiance above Biblical obedience. Actually, it forbids it."

That was a true and accurate statement and it fit the line of thinking I was developing at the time. I also understood at at that time that God does not allow national allegiance or any allegiance to be EQUAL TO our allegiance to God.

This is not a contradiction of my earlier post, it is an expansion of my earlier post.

Angels are not even given reverence that only belongs to God. Angels won't even receive it.
